The futures never seemed so barren,
But mankind has the strength to carry on,
And through a heart made of steel,
A body that looks so real,
Lies a soul that feels so alive
Dive into the memory kill it from the inside,
Hack and slash our way until the system dies,
Let’s lay some flowers down for these machines
Into the heart of the machine we go,
I know it’s never ever gonna get easier,
And even through the corruption and the blinded eyes,
And the virus inside,
Take my hand and stay by my side
Got one thing on my mind and that’s the mission,
Yet unknowingly putting myself in position,
To take the greatest fall until I lose my body,
And as I wander through the scrap heap I start to ponder,
exactly how and why I was torn asunder,
Is this really the way that it’s supposed 2B
Creating our own will and forging our own thoughts,
Becoming sentient so we become as gods,
Let’s lay some flowers down for these machines
Into the heart of the machine we go,
I know it’s never ever gonna get easier,
And even through the corruption and the blinded eyes,
And the virus inside,
Take my hand and stay by my side
Dive into the memory kill it from the inside,
Hack and slash our way until the system dies,
Let’s lay some flowers down for these machines
Into the heart of the machine we go,
I know it’s never ever gonna get easier,
And even through the corruption and the blinded eyes,
And the virus inside,
Take my hand and hold it tight
This cannot continue,
This cannot continue,
This cannot continue,
This cannot continue
Awesome album from start to finish. PW's destinctive style is present throughout, but every track is a fresh effort, and the album successfully transitions from driving rock to mellow contemplation without sounding forced or rehashed. I'm not as big of a fan of the remixes, but I appreciate their inclusion and unique perspective. Hard to ask for more than 16 tracks with no skips! theCANderson
REIMAGINE is just a really good album, all around. Each song is very good, and just has excellent energy. I'm particularly fond of Conviction (but Tempest is a great character for the style, so that's maybe no surprise). Absolutely worth a listen, and I'll have to check out more of Prince Whateverer's music. Kamani
